The rules for using this website. Short, because this is a portfolio, not a shop.

01

What this covers

These terms apply to your use of napilistudios.co. They do not cover work we do for clients — that is governed by whatever contract we sign with you, and if the two ever conflict, the contract wins.

02

What is ours

Everything on this site — the writing, the design, the code, the photography, the case studies — belongs to Napili Studios or to the clients who commissioned it, and is protected under the Copyright Act 2001 (Kenya) and international copyright law.

You are welcome to:

  • Look at it, and link to any page.
  • Quote a short passage with attribution and a link.
  • Share pages with colleagues.

Please do not:

  • Republish our case studies or copy as your own.
  • Reuse client logos or client work, which is not ours to license.
  • Scrape the site to train a model or build a competing directory.
03

What you send us

If you send us a brief, an idea or a file, you keep owning it. You are giving us permission to read it, discuss it internally and reply to it, and nothing more.

Please do not send confidential material through the contact form before we have signed something. If it is sensitive, say so and we will set up a proper channel.

By sending an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it.

04

Prices on this site are not quotes

The figures shown in the enquiry form are starting points, used to give you an honest sense of scale before you spend time on a conversation. They are not offers and they are not binding on either of us. A real quote follows a real conversation and arrives in writing.

05

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove anything on it without notice.

Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for what is on them.

06

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or business, whether or not we were warned it might happen.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

07

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away rights you have under your own local law.
